Rental Tee Up

Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Full-Time


The Rental Tee Up is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the Company’s new and existing client base. He/she sells the company and its products, ensures client satisfaction and helps to develop new business opportunities. The Rental Tee Up has a set goal or quota daily and is responsible for meeting it.



  • Assist in the development of long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Initiate communication with decision makers to assess their needs and sell his/her company’s products or services
  • Service the client during the sales process
  • Return emails and voicemails on a daily basis
  • Effectively manage time and personalized appointments through lead tracking database
  • Re-engage existing clients in an effort to increase revenue
  • Maintain lead tracking database
  • Complete all required data entry of client information
  • Sustain a high level of industry knowledge
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs


  • 1 or more years of sales experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
  • Strong internet and computer software skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time while a work
  • Proper note taking abilities
  • Effectively able to overcome objections and negotiate



Licensed Real Estate Agent

Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Full-Time


The Licensed Real Estate Agent is a salesperson who develops and maintains relationships with new and existing client base. He/she sells the company and its services, ensures client satisfaction and helps develop new business opportunities. The main objective for the Licensed Real Estate Agent is to service the Company by reducing liability while increasing revenue on a daily and monthly basis.



  • Pre-qualify customers. All leads are generated in-house and are opt-in format.
  • Make initial sales calls with clients and follow-up phone calls to prospective customers.
  • Solution selling and education of customers on services offered.
  • Maintain lead tracking database and complete all required data entry of client information.
  • Correspond with customers in a professional manner via email and telephone.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals.
  • Negotiate between seller and buyer as a Transaction Agent.
  • Facilitate in house inventory sales and meet a monthly quota.
  • Edify the use of other services should the client not qualify.
  • Maintain a high level industry knowledge and pricing.
  • Responsible for servicing the client through the closing and transfer process.
  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs.


  • Active Florida Real Estate License
