20 Jul JAXCOT Tops List of Summer Events In Jacksonville

Summer is in full swing, and the time is ripe to get out and explore the plethora of different events and festivals happening all over the country. One event in particular caught the eye of the Resort Rentals team—JAXCOT: Jax Around the World.

Taking place at Jacksonville Beach on July 30th, JAXCOT consists of 40 food trucks serving food from all around the world. The name of the event is a play on Epcot’s famous World Showcase attraction, which features food and drink inspired by different global cultures. It will go down as the largest food truck festival to ever come to Jacksonville, Florida.

Many trucks are changing their usual menus to create the food of the country or region they registered for, meaning those attending the event will likely experience a dish that won’t ever be served again. In addition to all the food, there will be more than 30 other vendors selling crafts and locally-made goods at the event, along with Kids Zone that caters especially to younger attendees. Live entertainment will come in the form of music acts across a number of different genres.
